excellent stay with minor hiccup
welsh breakfast professional staff free parking golf course
The breakfast was a standout. The full welsh option set a great tone for each day. i appreciated the staff were nice and pro who were always available. free parking right outside the hotel made access very easy. the room was immaculately kept with a balcony overlooking the golf course. It was peaceful.
The extractor fans below my room were quite noisy, especially with the window open for ventilation. Air conditioning would have helped.

a serene escape with lovely views
golf course view wide variety friendly staff
our room offered views over the golf course, bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun. the breakfast included a wide variety of options, from continental selections to welsh specialties. the staff were consistently friendly and were really nice too ensure we had everything needed. the restaurant provided a good sunday lunch, a nice culinary experience.
the absence of a refrigerator in the room made it difficult to keep drinks cool on warmer days. this affected our ability to fully enjoy the balcony during the afternoon. we found this detail to be a slight inconvenience, especially during longer stays.

no hot water flashing light
All staff were polite, and the service was excellent.
There was no hot water upon arrival, so showering was impossible. I requested an iron and ironing board be delivered to the room, but they never arrived. Also a flashing light on the smoke alarm was directly above the bed and made it hard to sleep.

uncomfortable pillows hallway door
i weren't too happy with a few things. i found a black hair right there on my pillow when i got to my room. the pillows they gave me weren't comfortable for sleeping. also, my room, number 1, was by the hall door and it kept banging shut everytime someone walked by, hard to fall asleep until late.

friendly staff early check-in memorial arrangement
i appreciated the really kind staff. they managed an early check-in. this was appreciated after a long drive to attend a memorial. the staff really couldn't do enough.
there wasn't any air conditioning, and i found this quite an issue .
